2. Community Code of Conduct
We pride ourselves on being an inclusive and safe space. Members must treat others with respect, kindness, and patience. Any form of bullying, harassment, or discrimination will result in immediate review and potential suspension of access to our hub.
3. Confidentiality and Safety
Privacy is paramount. What is shared in our sessions stays within the hub, except in cases where there is a clear risk of harm to oneself or others. In such instances, we follow strict UK safeguarding protocols to ensure the safety of our teenagers.
4. Participation and Attendance
We encourage consistent attendance to foster strong community bonds. Please notify us in advance if a participant cannot attend a scheduled session. This helps us manage our resources and support sessions effectively for all members.
